Our story

When Dr. Pannavat Veeraburinon, affectionately known as "Dr. Palm," was only eight years old, he faced the daunting challenge of being diagnosed with a learning disorder and ADHD, conditions that were not well understood at the time. With the support of others, he overcame suicidal thoughts and anxiety. Today, he is committed to supporting others in their mental health journeys. Dr. Palm is a HCPC-registered counselling psychologist and psychotherapist based in the UK.

Of Thai, Vietnamese, Laotian, and Chinese heritage, Dr. Palm deeply understands multiculturalism, diversity, and family dynamics. His background is a blend of cultures, enabling him to connect with clients on a profound level. Fluent in English and Thai, he has over 4,000+ counselling sessions, having worked with clients from the UK, EU countries, USA, Nigeria, India, Taiwan, Singapore, and Thailand. His specialties include PTSD, ADHD, ASD, depression, burnout, and high anxiety. He holds a doctorate in counselling psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University. His therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), alongside mindfulness practices. Through thought-provoking questions and practical tools, he helps clients achieve their goals.

Enter Tiga Chotisorayuth, a living testament to the transformative power of counselling. Having benefited from counselling herself, Tiga envisions a world where mental health support is accessible, flexible, and equipped with practical, life-changing tools, regardless of location or schedule constraints.

Together, Dr. Palm and Tiga are on a mission with 'Sunday Counselling,' an innovative counselling service and corporate training programme. Their goal is to cultivate curiosity, compassion, and self-leadership among clients through flexible and accessible online psychological counselling. They provide practical, proven tools tailored for individuals and families navigating through painful and challenging experiences. For Dr. Palm and Tiga, this mission is deeply personal and not just a professional endeavour; it’s about giving back the support they once received. They aspire to a world where their services are no longer needed because people are happy, healed, and equipped to care for their mental health. Their ultimate dream? To travel the world together, having made themselves redundant by contributing to the well-being of countless lives.
